An Unforgettable Sailing Experience Aboard Queen Alexandra We had four fantastic days aboard Queen Alexandra, a Lagoon 51 operated by Luxury Sailing EU, exploring Hvar, the Pakleni Islands, Brač and Vis. Captain Lucian Sostarcic and our hostess, Nikolija Baretić, were attentive, accommodating and flexible throughout the trip. Nikolija’s food was exceptional. We actually ate better on board than at the restaurants. Getting to the boat from Split was very easy, and everything was ready on time and exactly as agreed. There are many charter options around Split, but what made this one stand out was the high level of service and the owner’s (Vladimir) responsiveness and availability from the very beginning. Amazing ❤️ We spent seven amazing days on the catamaran Paradise with Captain Ivan and hostess Vanessa, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Vanessa was absolutely fantastic and a wonderful cook. Every breakfast and lunch was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Ivan was such a kind and friendly skipper. He made our three children so happy, especially with the fun rides on the “donut”! He showed us beautiful places and hidden bays and planned an incredible programme for the whole week. Lovely week Our week aboard PEPE was an absolutely wonderful experience, and a huge part of what made it so special was our captain, Ivan. From the very beginning, Ivan’s presence made everything feel incredibly easy and effortless. Everything was perfectly organized and taken care of, without us ever having to think about schedules, routes, logistics, or the small details that can sometimes make a sailing holiday feel complicated. With Ivan taking care of everything, we could simply relax and enjoy every moment. What made the experience even more special was Ivan himself. Conversations with him were always interesting, natural, and genuinely enjoyable. He is incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, and at the same time knows exactly how to be present and helpful without ever being intrusive. There was never any pressure or feeling of being “hosted” — just a wonderful sense of ease, freedom, and comfort. Ivan created the perfect balance between professionalism and a relaxed atmosphere, making our entire journey aboard PEPE feel smooth, spontaneous, and completely stress-free. Having him as our captain allowed us to truly switch off, enjoy the sea, the beautiful Croatian coastline, and each other’s company. Everything simply flowed. We would choose Ivan as our captain again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who can turn a sailing holiday into a truly relaxing, memorable, and special experience. The best holiday! We have just returned from an absolutely fantastic sailing holiday in Croatia with Luxury Sailing in Trogir, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Luxury Yachting made everything incredibly easy to organise. The boat a46 Lagoon named Paradis was in excellent condition, beautifully presented and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. However, what really made the holiday so special was our skipper, Alen. He was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. His knowledge of the Croatian coastline meant he took us to some truly beautiful locations — crystal-clear seas, lovely sandy spots, bays and restaurants we would never have discovered on our own. Alen made the whole experience relaxed, enjoyable and great fun. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he really understood the type of holiday we wanted. His local knowledge and recommendations made such a difference and turned a great sailing holiday into a truly memorable one. A huge thank you to Luxury Sailing, and especially to Alen, for making our holiday in Croatia so special. We came home with some wonderful memories and would highly recommend both Luxury Sailing and Alan to anyone considering a sailing holiday in Croatia. We would certainly love to do it all again! Amazing, relaxing family vacation Our week aboard the beautiful Lady M with Luxury Sailing Croatia was truly one of the most memorable vacations our family has ever experienced. Lady M was exceptional in every way. As a newer catamaran, she offered a spacious, beautifully designed layout with plenty of room for everyone to relax and comfortable, well-appointed cabins. We were especially glad that we decided to add an e-foil to our charter, which Damir arranged to have available onboard. Our teenagers were entertained for hours, and the calm, protected bays along the Croatian coast provided ideal conditions for them to learn and enjoy it. We happened to be in Croatia during an incredibly hot stretch of weather, yet the yacht was so comfortable that even the heat never detracted from our enjoyment. Lady M was the perfect way to explore the Croatian coast in comfort and style. Captain Damir and Ema were absolutely wonderful. Damir expertly guided us to breathtaking coves, crystal-clear bays, and charming coastal towns that we never would have discovered on our own. His local knowledge, professionalism, and easygoing, positive attitude made every day feel effortless and allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the experience. Ema was equally amazing. She was warm, friendly, incredibly attentive, and seemed to anticipate everything we might need. And her cooking was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Every breakfast, lunch, and dinner was fresh, beautifully presented, and restaurant-quality. Some of our favorite meals of the entire vacation were enjoyed right onboard Lady M. Together, Damir and Ema created an atmosphere that felt luxurious while also being incredibly warm and welcoming. They were endlessly accommodating, upbeat, and genuinely focused on making sure our family had an unforgettable week. From the places we visited to the meals we shared and the time spent relaxing onboard, everything felt easy and completely stress-free. If you are considering a sailing charter in Croatia, we cannot recommend Lady M, Captain Damir, and Ema highly enough. It was a magical week filled with spectacular scenery, wonderful food, beautiful swimming spots, and memories our family will cherish for years to come. We would return in a heartbeat. The boat was beautifully maintained and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing time on the water. A special thank you to Nikolija and Ivan, who made the trip unforgettable. Nikolija is an amazing chef, every meal she prepared was a highlight of the day. She's incredibly dedicated to her job, always so helpful and truly beloved by everyone on board. Ivan was wonderful too, joyful, warm, and full of energy the entire week. His positive attitude made every day on board even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend the cruise on the Royal Cracow catamaran. The boat was in very good condition, we had plenty of space, and overall it was very comfortable. A big plus goes to our captain, Duje. He was friendly, easygoing, and knew exactly where to take us so we could enjoy ourselves. We felt safe on board the whole time and the trip had a great vibe. We (6 of us) took a charter from Dubrovnik to Trogir on a 46 foot lagoon catamaran (Joansea). The boat was spacious (for a boat of this size) with very comfortable cabins (each with its own head and shower) for each of the 3 couples. Our skipper, Martin Milobara, was great and very knowledgeable of the islands, taking us to a combination of small coves and marinas (big and small) where we enjoyed swimming in the clear blue waters, having dinners a great restaurants, experiencing local culture and activities, and ending the nights on board with our friends for the final night cap (or caps). Martin worked hard to keep us on schedule while our accommodating our requests. Our hostess, Nikolina Petricevic, was fantastic. First stocking the boat with all of the items we requested as well as other provisions that we had not thought of. She got up early to make coffee, fruited water, etc. and small snacks to tide us over until she served a great breakfast each day. She also served us a variety of of options for lunch.
